How to Start Farmasi From Scratch in 2026 And Why Most People Fail

If you’ve been wondering about starting a business with Farmasi in 2026, you’re probably scrolling and seeing two totally different takes online. One side is all luxury vibes, talking about “easy money” and the idea of overnight success. The other side basically yells that all MLMs fail and that nobody really makes money with Farmasi.

Today, I will reveal the truth behind being a successful Farmasi beauty influencer. And by the end of this post, you get to decide whether you feel motivated to start or consider it a waste of time. In my opinion, hiding the reality behind any online business is why many struggle.

Let’s dive in and help you figure out this popular beauty business!

Why So Many People Are Joining Farmasi in 2026

It’s 2026, and the job market is worse than ever. People constantly seek real side hustles or even full-time jobs and projects. Farmasi makes it super easy for you to join with their low-cost starter packs. And the community and referrals are growing by the day. Chances are, you already know someone working with Farmasi.

People also crave freedom, flexible hours and a balanced work-life lifestyle. Especially moms already struggling to figure out how to make extra money or get back to work. Farmasi attracts women globally because you can start small, within your local community, even with 0 followers.

Starting with Farmasi can absolutely become a real side income, a beauty business, or even a long-term brand opportunity — but only if you approach it realistically. Most people fail because they enter with the wrong expectations, the wrong mindset, and the wrong strategy.

Why Most People Fail in Farmasi

Joining Farmasi is not rocket science. You enter your local website, scroll down to the “BECOME A FARMASI INFLUENCER” link and start the registration process. You get to also choose your so-called sponsor, which is ultimately a person helping you out with the entire process. Your sponsor is also responsible for sending you news and offers and guiding you daily.

Once you have completed the registration form, you are a Farmasi influencer. But not officially yet! As in every business, you need to meet certain requirements. In this case, you buy one of the starter packs, or if you already use the products, you start getting sales and achieve monthly goals. That is done via collecting points and meeting monthly requirements.

You don’t need a warehouse, you don’t need to be famous, and you don’t need thousands of followers. However, the way you start and position yourself from the beginning is crucial and will decide whether you fail or succeed.

Unfortunately, 99% of Farmasi sponsors don’t teach you that. They follow the same scripts they were given by their sponsor, and so the story repeats. Some survive, some fail before their second week. I’m here to help you stay, build and thrive. If that’s what you want.

When You Expect Motivation to Carry You

All newcomers share the same trait – they start and run on the motivation rush. It’s equivalent to a sugar or dopamine rush, but once it wears off and reality hits you, it’s devastating for most. I was there once, which is why I tried three times in total! But my motivation was coming from a completely different place.

The truth is that motivation disappears quickly. A successful Farmasi ambassador relies more on their own routine than motivation. That means posting consistently, learning marketing, improving content slowly and showing up even during low engagement. It’s very common for people to give up simply because their views on reels went from 20 to 2.

Consistency matters more than hype. And trust me, when it comes to running your own Farmasi business, being consistent will need to become your number 1 priority.

When you ONLY Focus on Selling

As I said, the way you start is going to decide your fate, not just with Farmasi but any online business you start. Unfortunately, people and the Internet remember. And if you don’t wish to be perceived as a scammer, you need to get it right BEFORE you even create that new Instagram beauty account.

People don’t want constant advertisements anymore. In 2026, authenticity is becoming more powerful than aggressive selling. If every post feels like “BUY NOW!”, “JOIN MY TEAM!” or “FLASH SALE!”, people disconnect emotionally instantly.

Ask yourself, how would you feel about someone constantly spamming your messages or harassing and pressuring you into buying products you have never heard of? I guarantee you, not only will it push you away and make you dislike the company and their products, but mostly dislike the person selling.

And then there might be some pity buyers, usually friends and family, who don’t wish to offend you, so they placed an order. You get your points, and the product gets to sit on the shelf in their bathroom. They might try it but won’t see the hype about it or complain about spending money for nothing. Next month, though, they won’t buy anything.

The creators growing fastest now focus on storytelling, building community, personal brands, trust and consistency. People buy from people, not companies!

When You Entire Identity Around the Company

Nothing annoys people more than constant spamming, begging for orders or when someone is all about one thing. I know it sounds confusing. You are trying to become an ambassador for Farmasi, so naturally, it becomes part of your lifestyle. That’s okay. But the strongest creators build audiences around themselves first.

You are not just Farmasi, or are you? Even the vice president is not just the company. People follow because they like your personality and find you relatable, your routines are helpful, your reels about products are educational, and you give them an honest review. Not just the products.

This is also important because it creates a transferable audience. Meaning if someday you pivot into lifestyle content, digital products, your own business, blogging, cosy living content, or whatever you choose. If you make it ALL about Farmasi, your path automatically becomes three times harder. And if you shift your content in the future, your audience might not stay with you.

First comes YOU. Then comes Farmasi. Remember that.

When You Sound Too Desperate

Audiences are extremely sensitive to desperation now. Creators who constantly beg for sales, pressuring followers to click on their affiliate links or join some random MLM, destroy their image the fastest. Your audience will ALWAYS pick up on fake excitement, you pretending to be successful or when you create fake scarcity.

Ironically, people become more interested when you appear calm, stable, selective, realistic and emotionally grounded, even if you don’t have your ideal job, side hustles or lifestyle yet. ‘Fake it till you make it’ is not a thing in 2026 anymore. When it comes to the Farmasi business, your authenticity is gold.

Learn to spark curiosity naturally, set high standards for yourself, don’t sell or present what you wouldn’t buy yourself, and create emotional safety for your audience. Sales will eventually come, and so will income. But it only works if your audience already trusts your intentions. Otherwise, it feels manipulative.

How to Start Farmasi From Scratch

Now that you understand the core issue among new Farmasi ambassadors, you might feel a bit better. Is it all about the attitude then? Not necessarily. Other factors, such as your personal goals and whether you have people around you willing to support your journey from the beginning, play a crucial role.

My number one advice to all newcomers, and for any business in general, is that you need to understand your strongest WHY. Where are you coming from? What’s your ultimate goal, your endgame? WHY are you willing to sacrifice hours of work and some initial purchases of Farmasi products? What is your drive?

Answering those questions before you fill in the registration form alone will position you ahead of many who are testing their luck. Whether you want to start with Farmasi to get extra income, free products and trips or turn it into your full-time job truly DOES matter in the long run. It will rewire your brain and influence your approach.

Stop Treating It Like “Easy Money”

Working as a Farmasi ambassador is not easy at all. You won’t see the money right away. Unless your family and friends gather those 200 points (the first 3% you need to achieve) to qualify for your commission. From there, you need to hit at least 3% and above every single month! You are, after all, working for commissions, not a salary.

Many people join because someone sold them a fantasy about passive income, a luxury lifestyle, quick success with your feet up and instant team growth. Again, unless you are transferring an existing customer base or team, it will take you on average 3-6 months to build a steady income with Farmasi. Farmasi is still a business, and businesses take time.

You are, however, starting strong, backed up by a powerful house that provides support, guidance, and motivation. Depending on your sponsor, there is normally zero pressure in hitting monthly targets. But it might feel demotivating when you spend a whole month posting on your socials and working hard, only to miss ten points and get paid.

Which is why I advise planning a whole month, from the content you plan to post, through the budget and the monthly goal you set up. If you think you won’t hit the target, choose the lowest possible one, even if it’s only 0%. At least you will still qualify for the initial programme (75 points).

If you enter expecting instant results, you’ll probably quit before momentum even begins. Instead, show up consistently; build slowly but truthfully; create daily; talk to people openly, without lies; and remain patient. It’s easy to lose your hope, but if you give up and jump in straight into lying and recruiting, you lose everything you worked so hard for!

Build a Personal Brand First

People no longer connect with accounts that only post luxury hauls, unrealistic goals, routines or income streams or spam their audience with “Financial freedom!”, “DM me NOW!” or “LIMITED TIME!” This is where social media shifted drastically in the last five years. That style feels outdated and transactional now.

Modern audiences want calm creators, realistic lifestyles, and manageable routines and jobs, while still feeling like they enjoy life to the fullest. Especially on TikTok and Instagram, your content should feel human first. Don’t just focus on constant selling, Amazon links and hidden affiliates. Be real and relatable. Show yourself and your life the way it really is.

Share routines, daily life, cleaning, cooking, shopping, working, hobbies, and unexpected events raw, the way they happen. No staged and perfect content. Grow with your audience; change a thing or two if it fits better. But always stay true to yourself. It will bring you better fruit long-term.

Don’t Recruit Everyone

This particular part sounds very annoying to some newcomers, because they ask me all the time, “How the heck am I going to make money and be the boss if I don’t recruit?” This may sound strange for network marketing advice, but many MLM communities become toxic because of their recruiting methods.

Instead of building a wholesome, enjoyable community, their sole focus is on money. They recruit absolutely everyone, grabbing people off the streets, promising them fortune and an easy life. They don’t care that the reality will soon crush those new recruits because all they know are lies. No actual marketing strategies, no training, no support. Just a bunch of juicy lies!

It breaks my heart to see that. So many women would truly love the opportunity of such exciting side income, but instead, they are met with a toxic environment that is pressuring them to spend money they don’t have. Or bother family and friends to collect their initial points. And don’t even get me started on those sponsors, who won’t even let you access groups until you place your first order!

Desperation, fake positivity, pressure culture, unrealistic expectations or burnout should not be associated with Farmasi, yet I keep seeing reviews just like that. And it’s all because of certain people, who are driven by greed and selfish reasons. Farmasi is a beautiful community, caring for customers and their ambassadors. And you deserve to get to know their better side.

A healthier approach is building a smaller but aligned community. Look up to people who genuinely enjoy beauty, understand consistency, want realistic growth and care about authenticity. And honestly? People can feel the difference immediately. For example, I reward not only my customers for placing orders but also all my girls working hard within my team with little gifts, events and girls’ trips.

Take care of your team, your customers and your community. They are everything when it comes to running the Farmasi business.

Your Energy Matters More Than Your Aesthetic

So many times I post stories or even reels with no makeup on, in workout clothes or pyjamas, and just talk to my audience, and you know what? I love it, and they love it too! Overly polished content often lowers trust now.

People are tired of scripted excitement, influencers pretending to wake up with full face makeup on, performative success and the perfect lifestyle. What audiences connect with now is your honest, effortless and peaceful creation. A simple video of packing samples after your toddler goes to sleep can feel more powerful than expensive branding.

A visible effort creates an emotional connection. It communicates discipline and care. That matters far more in 2026 marketing than perfection. You should still try to make your content a bit aesthetic; I mean, certainly clean your room for starters. But don’t try to create an unnatural environment or push too hard for perfection.

Create Standards Publicly

One of the smartest things you can do is subtly communicate your values online. Not aggressively. Not in a fake “boss babe” way. Just naturally and constantly. You don’t need to overshare, and you should not overpromise. Showcase your daily life without sharing vulnerable or private moments. Get to know people who follow you.

Don’t underestimate your analytics either. Check monthly or even weekly how your content performs. Who is your targeted audience, and are you reaching them? Do your reels perform well on certain days and hours? Then double down on those. I think you will naturally pick up on it the more you post. Don’t stress over numbers at the beginning. Or at all. Your desired audience needs to be built, but it won’t happen overnight.

If you shift your focus to statements such as “I’d rather grow slower with the right people,” “Not everyone is meant for this, and that’s okay,” or “I’m building a calm community, not a fake empire.” It does something powerful psychologically: It attracts aligned people, removes the pressure of having to be perfect, and repels the wrong people automatically.

If someone unfollows you or does not want to buy from you, don’t take it personally. On the contrary, be grateful for those moments, because it means those people were not meant to be part of your community anyway. But it also does not mean they won’t come along later on.

Apply It All Before Placing First Order

Before you consider joining in, placing your first order or starting hooking people around you up, stop for a moment and read all of the above. I want you to slow down, grab your planner and start writing down. Start with your strongest why, then continue with your personal business plan (how you sell, who you sell to, how you grow your audience), and how you plan to support your community.

Let me give you an example from my own Farmasi business. When I started for the first time, I went straight for the recruitment. People were not only super sceptical but also talked badly about me behind my back. Then I started again, focusing on products and sales. But again, with the wrong attitude and unrealistic goals.

I spent so much of my own money just to get those first 200 points. Begged my family to place an order. And then I felt empty. Because it felt like all for nothing. I was barely reaching monthly goals and had no support, because my sponsor only cared about numbers and performance. I would find a nasty and sarcastic message in my DMs every time I did not meet my monthly goals.

Or I would receive motivational, sugar-coated messages saying if I reach my goal and bring in more people, they will pay for my dinner, spa or new dress. Believe me, I hated that period of my life with passion. The third time is the charm, right? I did not give up. I started again, this time in a different country with a fresh mindset.

But I was smarter and put others before my own ego and pride. I knew I wouldn’t meet the monthly goals right away. I also knew people wouldn’t just place tonnes of orders because I posted one reel. So I worked hard for 4 months, posting stories and reels daily, talking to people, sharing my experience, knowledge about products and my excitement.

The first 2 months can be rough because you don’t see any results, you spend your own money, and the community is quiet. But if you remain patient and resilient, by your fourth month people will start to recognise you as the authority in the industry. You actually know and use the products; some people got curious, and some even placed orders with your discount.

And so it begins to snowball. If you push past those first 6 months, something wonderful happens. People no longer cringe over your Instagram or TikTok posts. They now come to you, seeing you as the expert for Farmasi products, placing orders every month, listening to your advice, and even joining your team. That feeling is truly worth it.

When I joined Farmasi for the third time, I stayed for good. It finally worked, but in my first week I only browsed the catalogue, learnt about products and wrote down whole pages about routines, marketing strategies and ideal audiences. I searched for people in my immediate location who already enjoy beauty and good deals.

But I did not cold-message them. I never do that. I simply added them, followed them just like they followed me, and got to know them. After months of enjoying my content, they messaged ME. That is a huge difference when it comes to networking and sales. You want people to trust you and come to you with specific needs and requests. And then you help them to fulfil those.

That one person who messaged me then told their friends and family, shared their experience, reviews and excitement, and got me even more stable clients. Everything I described above…I mean it. My story is not so rare. After all, I know many who succeeded with the Farmasi business, following those exact steps. Farmasi in 2026 is so much more than recruitment and discounted face creams.

Final Thoughts: Can You Actually Succeed With Farmasi?

Farmasi is very much alive in 2026, and new people constantly join in. Some of us started because we loved products already and enjoyed all the free ones, plus we wanted to explore side income options. But many simply remained customers only, and that’s okay. You can absolutely turn a Farmasi business into a full-time job, but probably not the way social media promises.

As a marketing and OPS specialist, I can tell you that success in any business only comes from patience, consistency, authenticity, and emotional intelligence. community-building, and realistic expectations. The people who succeed long-term are rarely the loudest.

And honestly? That approach is much more sustainable anyway. If you’re starting Farmasi from scratch in 2026, focus less on becoming a “top seller” and more on becoming someone people genuinely trust. That’s what builds lasting success now.

FAQ: How to Start Farmasi From Scratch in 2026

Is Farmasi worth joining in 2026?

Farmasi can be worth joining if you enjoy beauty, content creation, and building trust online. People who succeed usually treat it like a long-term business instead of expecting quick money.

How much does it cost to start Farmasi?

The starting cost depends on your country and chosen starter kit. Most people begin with a relatively low investment compared to traditional businesses, which is why Farmasi appeals to beginners and stay-at-home mothers.

Why do most people fail in Farmasi?

Most people fail because they expect fast success, rely only on motivation, constantly pressure people to buy, or copy outdated MLM tactics. Lack of consistency and authenticity are two of the biggest reasons people quit early.

Do you need a large social media following to succeed with Farmasi?

No. A small but engaged audience is often more powerful than a large audience that doesn’t trust you. Many successful creators grow slowly by sharing honest lifestyle, beauty, and routine content consistently.

Can you build a Farmasi business while working another job?

Yes, and in many cases it actually helps your credibility. Keeping another income source can reduce pressure, help you grow more authentically, and make your recommendations feel more trustworthy to your audience.
